A homey escape in Kyoto

The staff's warm hospitality truly made us feel at home during our stay. We found the mini kitchen incredibly useful for whipping up quick meals after long days of exploring.

However, we encountered some inconveniences. The room's lack of a view was disappointing, and the cleanliness didn't meet our expectations for a hotel in Japan.

The washing machine was super handy, but the room felt a bit cramped for us.

However, the room turned out to be quite small for a family of three. we had to push the dining table against the wall just to open our luggage. Additionally, strict check-in times at 3:00 PM proved inconvenient for our early arrival, limiting the flexibility one might expect from a family-friendly option.

Oh, the dining scene nearby was an absolute delight! Ramen Nagomi's rich flavors had me swooning, and Kyo Gochiso Ishimaru's salads were fresh and crunchy, a must-try! The fantastic under-bed storage made our stay smooth, and we appreciated the spacious bathroom for all our post-meal unwinding.

Sure, the room felt a bit cramped for three. We had to shimmy the dining table against the wall just to open our luggage. If you're traveling with larger bags and more than two adults, go for the bigger rooms to avoid the squeeze!

great location but noisy nights

The location was ideal for accessing the train station. I appreciated the modern amenities in the Superior Family Room, especially the washing machine that made our stay more comfortable. Our kids loved the nearby attractions, which were within walking distance.

The noise levels at night were a bit disruptive.

i had a lovely stay at monday apart premium kyoto station aparthotel. the room was sparkling clean, and the staff were super friendly. the free tea and coffee throughout the day was a delightful touch, making mornings easy. it's about a 20-minute walk from the station, but the environment was cozy and family mart next door was super handy.
